Daddy’s Girl begins with Arlene August. She is the author of the book Daddy’s Girl. In her book, she shares her journey from being an orphan who lost her parents tragically and suddenly at the age of 17, to finding her identity and place of belonging through Jesus, after a long journey of searching for a place of acceptance.
About The Planner
The Daddy’s Girl planner was birthed in 2020, in the trenches of South Africa’s level 5 lockdown. Taking up bullet journalling as a hobby is what helped Arlene keep her head above the water during a difficult emotional season. This was the very thing that helped her keep her faith and hope high when we were bound so tightly to our homes. As with so many things Arlene does, the planner has now become a tool to inspire other women to take action too by being intentional about taking time out for themselves while also pursuing an intimate relationship with God through the daily activity of journaling.
Our hope with this planner is that it will help you draw strength and hope in whatever season you find yourself in right now. We pray that it will be a tool that will help you draw close to God in 2025, and that you will get to experience Him in a much deeper and more intimate way than you ever have.

The Daddy’s Girl Planner is back again!
After an incredibly successful 2025, I am so excited to share our stunning 2026 DG Planner.
In Haggai 2: 9 God says that the best is ahead of us, and I know that is the case for 2026 too.
It is beautiful, and the illustrations are as creative as ever.
I have experienced the power of physically seeing and reading the Word on a daily basis and strongly feel and believe that this planner is anointed with Gods Word.
When you read it, know that He has revelation for you there. Because of this, I had added declarations at the beginning of every month, backed up by scripture to ignite your faith and help you get to know the promises that our Father has so sweetly placed in His Word for us to find and stand on.
These are the things that help me to draw closer to Jesus and purse a more intimate relationship with the Father, and I am praying that they do the same thing for you too as you journey through 2026 with this planner.
One of the first questions I get asked often is “why the name Daddy’s Girl?”
The truth is, I wasn’t much of a Daddy’s Girl, and after my patents tragically passed away when I was 17 years old, I unknowingly began my journey to becoming a Daddy’s Girl to God the Father.
Knowing Him this way has changed my life in more ways than I could ever explain.
This is my heart’s desire, and mandate for every person I am able to reach; to help them draw closer to the heart of the Father.
My prayer is that you will experience that while journeying through our 2026 planner.
My hope is that you will experience and nurture a deeper level of intimacy with God through this planner.
